Are we surprised about this one? Mystikal, who was just released from prison in January 2010 after serving six years on a sexual battery and extortion charge, is headed back to jail.

A judge sentenced the 41-year old Cash Money rapper to three months in jail on Monday for violating his probation following an arrest in February on a domestic abuse battery charge.
