Ok this has been a issue for a lot of women who are out walking in the city streets on the day to day. A NYC actress decided to go on a 10 hour walk through the city streets and film a PSA how many times she gets harassed. Some call it harassment some don’t and I believe there is a very fine line on what is the right and wrong way to come at people who talk to you in the streets.
