Instagram video, Bieber thanked his fans. “Looks like we did it. I wanna say we did it again, but it’s my first No. 1, so thank you guys. You guys are the best,” he said.

“What Do You Mean?” is the first single off Bieber’s forthcoming album, due Nov. 13.
